THE MAGIC FOUNTAIN PEN. (A 'Martin' replica)
It was De Biere or Lyle, probably Lyle, who invented this perfect form of a 'bill-tube', and De Biere's watchmaker/mechanic made one for De Biere and one for Lyle.
A £5.00 note is borrowed, and number recorded. Note is rolled up, covered with a handkerchief, and held by a spectator. It vanishes, but fails to re-appear in specator's pocket. Magician offers to write an 'I.O.U.', but his fountain pen runs out of ink. When pen is unscrewed, ink cartidge is missing, and in its place is the missing £5.00 note. Limited number of pen sets made. Pen is a "Parker" type pen, with a matt black chrome finish.

THE THUMB-NAIL WRITER. (A 'Martin' replica).
This is a 'gem' of a miniature device, with many uses. As made by 'Martin' for all the leading mentalists of his era, and ideal for the present-day street entertainers.
Ask someone to remove all the coins from their pocket, and to count it. When he tells you, take a slip of paper out of your trouser-pocket, and give it to him. The exact amount is written on the paper.

TIP-OVER BOX - For Production or Vanish of Rabbit or Doves.
Vanishes a large rabbit, or several doves, or changes a rabbit to a dove, or it may be used as a production box after tipping it over to show that it is empty. Professional model as used by MURRAY and FAUST.

| THE RABBIT TRAY.
Your rabbit, on a metal tray which is supplied, is wrapped in a sheet of newspaper and vanished. As used by HORACE GOLDIN and FAUST. Photograph exposes the rear view of the tray as held by the assistant as she exits the stage. PRICE: £50.00 plus £2.50 P.& P.

THE JUMPING CARDS - A Hoffmann Classic.
Quality magical apparatus for this classic magical effect. Made from mahogany by Granville Taylor, to order.
Several cards may be selected from a shuffled pack, replaced,shuffled again, and the full pack placed in the polished mahogany box, which rest on its own plinth. Spectator is asked to blow on the cards, and the chosen cards jump in the air out of the box. Pack of cards is removed, and the specator can look through the pack to show that the cards chosen are now missing. PRICE: £125.00 plus £2.50 P.& P.

| THE DOUBLE-LOCKING DRAWER-BOX.
Individually made from solid mahogany for the box and drawer front. Measures 11.5" x 5" x 5" approximately. Spectator is asked to open the box drawer, but finds it locked. Immediately, the magician pulls the drawer open, and shows the drawer to be empty. Drawer is closed. Again spectator fails to open the drawer. Magician does so, revealing the drawer to be full of whatever you wish to produce. Fill it with your close-up magic items, and use it as a 'running gag' throughout your 'table-hopping' performances, or as a stage effect to produce silks, flowers etc. The box is stained, coated with two layers of French polish, and rubbed with beeswax. Fitted with a brass knob and carrying handle.

THE RUBBER-BAND SNAPPER.
Deluxe model. Designed and made by Granville Taylor, like 'John Martin' would have made it - from 'dural'. The effect is as old as magic itself, but it is still a baffling pocket trick. Watch them follow your moves and try to hook the rubber-band inside the "snapper". The magician can do it every time, and there is nothing to get rid of, because the secret is in their hands!
The exclusive design by Granville Taylor enables the rubber-band to be replaced whenever it has perished. Photograph shows the end part unscrewed; the threaded part also unscrews, to release the pin which holds the rubber band in position.

Send Granville Taylor a STEEL appearing cane, and he will make you a "Squaring the Circle", an exact replica of the original as made by 'Martin' for the inventor, Cecil Lyle, modify it, and attach it to your appearing cane, for the perfect finish to the normal "Squaring the Circle" routine - a great effect on its own.
Perform the trick of changing the circle to a square, throw it in the air, and it changes into your cane. Startling and surprising, bringing immediate applause..
